OVERVIEW: The Family Therapist reports directly to the Youth and Family Services Manager and provides assessments, therapeutic treatment, referrals, and recommendations based on the Strengthening Protective Factors for youth and families referred by Child Welfare Services. CommuniCare Health Centers is a Federally Qualified Health Center providing comprehensive patient-centered primary care services including medical, dental, substance abuse treatment, behavioral health and outreach services to low income, multi-ethnic, uninsured and underinsured populations.

SCHEDULE: 32 hours per week. Hours are Monday-Friday 8:30-5:30. Travel to clinic sites and throughout Yolo County, including client homes may be required.
