Program: Flexible Integrated Treatment
JOB SUMMARY: This position coordinates the care and leads the Flexible Integrated Treatment (FIT) team regarding service delivery based on participant and family voice.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Education / Experience
Master’s degree in a social science field required, plus two (2) years of experience working in a behavioral health field
License or Certification
BBS registration as MFT-Intern, ASW, PCCI, or Psychology Assistant; BBS licensed as LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, or Psychologist
Valid California Driver’s License
Meets Agency driver eligibility criteria
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Assumes primary facilitative role for FIT services for youth and families. Conducts initial and ongoing assessments of the youth and family to identify strengths and needs. Develops, in collaboration with the treatment team, plans of care. Incorporates Trauma Informed Care (TIC), Motivational Interviewing, and other identified Evidence Based and Promising Practices into services. Facilitates treatment team meetings. Uses a “whatever it takes” approach to provide services in various settings, including homes, schools/work, and community and office settings. Uses personal vehicle to drive to and from offsite locations to provide services. May be required to transport participants and/or family members in personal vehicle. Provides services, including individual, family, and group therapy, individual and group rehabilitation, and collateral, to youth and their families, as deemed necessary and appropriate through the assessment process and in collaboration with the treatment team. Provides crisis intervention to youth and families as needed. Provides and facilitates others in providing case management and linkage services provided to youth and their families. Documents all services provided in a clear and concise manner within the timelines and framework established by Capital Star. In collaboration with the team, completes all SBHG, State, and County required outcome measures and reports. Guides services provided by the Family Specialists, Youth Advocates, and Family Advocates through the treatment team meeting process. Completes outcomes measures in collaboration with the

Potential Work Schedule:
Monday-Friday, on-call weekends as needed
