It Takes THE VILLAGE is a therapeutic community for families needing extra help in their home, community and educational settings. It Takes THE VILLAGE is a collaborative and inclusive clinic specializing in 1:1 mental health support, family counseling, occupational therapy, speech therapy, and behavior consultation and intervention.
THE VILLAGE is looking for experienced therapists who are experienced and skilled at providing therapeutic support to children, families, adults, and couples.
LMFT - Therapist Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Complete client assessment, client treatment plan, prepare and submit all documentation
Provide individual, couples, and family therapy
Work effectively and cooperatively with multidisciplinary team.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
MA/MS Counseling Psychology
Licensed through the CA Board of Behavioral Sciences (BBS) in California
Experience working with teenagers, young adults, adults is preferred. Some work with pediatric clients will be a component of this position.
Proficient writing and communication skills and the ability to learn electronic health record systems.
SCHEDULE:
Part-time or full-time schedule.
Flexible schedule M - F, weekends also available.
Competitive compensation is based on level of education and experience.
Employees will also need DOJ/FBI Live Scan Background Clearance, TB Clearance, and Immunization records prior to starting work.
