Clinical Supervisor/Program Manager Needed Part Time

    Senior Peer Counseling of El Dorado County, based in Placerville, is looking for a Licensed MFT, LCSW or Psychologist with experience providing Clinical Supervision and Program Management. SPC provides free counseling to adults 55 and older by trained volunteer peer counselors. This position involves providing weekly 2 hour group supervision of the counselors, individual supervision as needed only, ensuring quality services are being provided to the clients, administration of program requirements such as data collection, quarterly and annual reports, and once yearly training sessions for new volunteer counselors.  Average time per week needed fluctuates between 6-10 hours with additional hours required during yearly training sessions. Pay is hourly starting at $120 with no benefits.  This is a contract position and the program is funded by MHSA, (Mental Health Services Act), monies. This is a dynamic program with highly trained and dedicated volunteers who are lifelong learners and love providing counseling to this underserved population.  We are also seeking to hire a back up licensed clinician to provide group/individual supervision when the primary Clinical Supervisor has planned time off.  Clinical supervision experience necessary.
