Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT)
Hello! This is a paid MFT Associate position available in my
private practice in Gold River. I am looking for a highly motivated and
very independent person with availability to see clients on evenings
and/or weekends. You must have completed your masters degree in
counseling(or similar) and obtained your associate number. If you are
very close to graduating feel free to still apply.
I primarily work with adults struggling with codependency (i.e.
people pleasing, perfectionism, and anxiety as a result of trauma). I am
EMDR trained and love to utilize this as a tool to work with clients
struggling with trauma and/or negative beliefs. I also use mindfulness
to help people manage anxiety. I do not work with high-risk clients.

Pay is $15/ hour for administrative hours and $30/ hour for clinical
hours. Potential for clinical rate increase as caseload increases.
