The International OCD Foundation (IOCDF) is pleased to announce the annual
Sacramento 1 Million Steps 4 OCD Walk! Each year, members of the OCD community
from across the country join together as a part of the 1 Million Steps 4 OCD Walk to
raise awareness, hope, and funds to support the programs of the IOCDF and its Local
Affiliates. This is the only national grassroots event of its kind that addresses OCD,
anxiety, and other related mental health issues.
Join us on Saturday, October 26, 2024
Joining us as this year’s Grand Marshal is Brian Cuban, a prominent author and
mental health advocate, known for his sincere and impactful work on addiction, mental
health, and recovery. His work aims to inspire others facing similar struggles by
promoting a message of hope, and resilience. Brian’s first book, Shattered Image: My
Triumph Over Body Dysmorphic Disorder, chronicles his first-hand experiences living
with and recovering from twenty-seven years of eating disorders and Body Dysmorphic
Disorder (BDD).
