    Dear Colleagues,

Recovering from the loss and ending of a long-term relationship can take up to three years. During the holiday season, it is definitely more challenging to face the change and often shock of major transitions that Divorce brings.

Often times during the holidays people start deciding that their relationship is having nonnegotiable issues. This can be a painful place whether people are trying to decide whether they’re going to separate, are in the early stages of loss which may include moving and going through a legal process or helping their children deal with the loss of their family. Group support and breaking out of isolation can really help you get through this painful time.

Co-Ed Divorce Support Group - Hurting, Healing, and Hoping

    Wednesdays @ 5:30pm PT - on Zoom

Clients in this group are dealing with competing feelings, such as happiness and joy vs. pain, grief, and loss. How do you leave someone you’re really attached and get used to being without that person. How do you manage the loss and focus on moving on at the same time? How do you get excited about your new life while grieving the loss of the old? How do you go back and forth? We’re working out a plan to endure and maximize “the year by themselves.”
