Summer Creative Arts Therapy Groups in Davis
The arts help us express our thoughts and feelings in ways that words cannot always convey. Our groups use the creative arts as a medium for self-expression and connection with others. All groups meet in person at our offices on Oak Avenue in Davis and are for 9th-12th grade students only.
Art Therapy
Come join us in this safe space where we can explore art in a variety of mediums and de-stress from the challenges of adolescent life. Learn to connect more fully with yourself and others through art.
No experience with art is necessary.

Drama Therapy
Drama Therapy uses a variety of fun techniques borrowed from performing arts to help participants share themselves and relate with each other. Psychodrama uses dramatic enactment to help participants work on issues in relationships and in life as we bring these experiences into the room.
No experience with acting is necessary.

Music Therapy
Music is life, at least to a large majority of adolescents. And music can express feelings and thoughts for us in ways that are deep and powerful. By bringing music into the therapy room, we help participants bring themselves and share more meaningfully with each other.
No experience with music is need except an appreciation for it.

All groups are $50 per session. We accept some insurance programs.
