I want to share with you a free workshop I run every month to support folks who want to cultivate a better relationship with alcohol. This workshop aims to foster a compassionate understanding of alcohol misuse issues and uses empowering questions to help evoke participants’ motivation for change. The workshop is for clients, but you are always welcome to join.
