About Me
I have worked for over 25 years with individuals who were experiencing difficulties related to fear, lack of resources, traumatic experiences including abuse and lack of knowledge. I have worked with families, couples and individuals, and children of all ages. In my life, before I became a registered mental health professional, I advocated for people living below their veil of consciousness. As a Chaplain, I have supported families, men, women and children who were feeling lost, perplexed or alone and needed someone to teach the belief that love is the greatest life/self game changer. I believe that my own personal opportunities have led me to gain the added value of Marriage and Family therapy Master's level training which enables me to assist others on their journey to feeling purposeful and content.

Practice Info
My approach to therapy is to work collaboratively with you to give voice to beliefs that are causing you pain, and to then work together to find ways that will help you manage your thoughts in such a way that you feel empowered and driven. In my practice I use different interventions depending on what works best including solution focused, narrative, cognitive behavioral and experiential therapy. I believe the most important factor in making change is the ability for you to trust the person with whom you share your deepest fears and greatest hopes.
