About Me
Julie Raskin-Li is a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with a passion for empowering individuals and couples. Currently pursuing a Doctorate in Psychology (PsyD) in Behavioral Health Leadership, Julie is trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy and is experienced with Internal Family Systems (IFS), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT).
Her person-centered approach, combined with motivational interviewing, and cognitive, and somatic therapy interventions, enables her to tailor treatment to her clients' unique needs. Julie has experience working with diverse populations, including the LGBTQA+, BIPOC communities, adolescents, and individuals coping with complex trauma.
She is a dedicated community member and an advocate for mental health issues and quality of life for all beings.
Julie enjoys hiking, camping with her dog, and gardening with her cats in her free time.
