About Me
I specialize in providing support to seniors and women involved in major life transitions. I also am honored to assist the geriatric population to support them in continuing to lead healthy, happy and productive lives. My focus is on working collaboratively with clients to ensure that transitions go smoothly and that clients lead their best possible lives. I have over 20 years experience as a licensed therapist and have worked in outpatient and hospital based settings. I am committed to improving the lives of citizens in the Sacramento community. I was inducted into the San Mateo County's Hall of Fame previously for my contributions to families.
