About Me
As a Mental Health Advocate of Puerto Rican descent, born and raised in the South Bronx, I completed my MA in Community Mental Health from the California Institute of Integral Studies (CIIS) in San Francisco, CA. As a Spanish-speaking counselor I have had the honor of working with diverse families, couples, children, and individuals in helping them achieve their wellness goals. As a Psychedelic Integration Therapist with an interest in transpersonal states of consciousness, I offer pre-journey preparation and post-journey integration services for folks interested in therapeutic support and mental health counseling as an adjunct to Psychedelic Assisted Therapy.
