About Me
You don’t have to carry everything alone, and you don’t have to have the right words to start.
I offer a calm, supportive space where you can slow down, feel safer in your body, and gently untangle what’s been weighing on you. Client find that I am engaged, direct, and can bring humor and light to the darkest of places.
My hope is that, over time, you feel less anxious, more steady, and more like yourself again, especially if you are healing from trauma or a difficult, overwhelming childhood.
I use Internal Family Systems (IFS) to help you understand and care for the different parts of you that learned to survive in hard moments, without judging or trying to “fix” them.
I also use EMDR to help your mind and body release experiences that still feel stuck, so the past has less power over your present.
Currently I am prioritizing clients who are seeking EMDR, as I pursue certification in this modality.
