About Me
I am a licensed Marriage and Family therapist offering primarily online telehealth services during the Covid-19 physical-distancing recommendations. I see individuals, couples, and teens, concentrating on issues of anxiety, neuro-differences, and intellectual/emotional intensity. Alongside private practice, I have worked for several years as a school-based therapist, and have been a long-time volunteer with my the UCLA Alumni Association and Girl Scouts, providing support around parenting, teen development, and transition to adulthood. I have recently expanded my practice to the Davis and Sacramento areas and look forward to meeting new colleagues and working with families in the local area.
