I offer a compassionate, non-judgmental atmosphere of respect and dignity where each individual and family can be served. I aim to help children, adolescents, couples, individuals and communities heal, thrive and live authentically. It takes a lot of courage to enter into therapy, and I honor the opportunity to be a part of your journey. I meet each individual where they are using a client-centered, values based approach. This simply means you, your thoughts, feelings, behaviors, and values are the main focus of therapy. I simply support you in aligning your actions with your values by using your strengths and resiliency. Because each person is uniquely different, I use a variety of interventions. My eclectic therapeutic style draws from Narrative Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Mindfulness. I also utilize Brainspotting for trauma work.
