About Me

Hello. I provide trauma-focused and strength-based therapy to children, young adults, and individuals. My focus is on women and children. I provide a culturally sensitive, safe environment to foster healing and growth for my clients. I believe in my client's strengths and abilities to achieve their goals and live the life they want.
My therapeutic orientation is based on CBT, mindfulness, and DBT. I am trained in CBT, DBT, and trauma-focused therapy. I have multiple years of experience helping clients from various ethnic backgrounds.
I also offer premarital counseling for interracial couples.
