About Me
I am the Executive Director and owner of Building Foundations Counseling Center, Inc.. In addition to the specialties checked above, I have a lot of experience in treating depressive and anxiety disorders, ADHD, PTSD, Christian Counseling, Stress Management, Co-Dependency, Domestic Violence, Child Abuse (Victim) etc. I had a successful private practice in the Folsom area for 6 yrs before expanding that practice and establishing BFCC in 2013. As a result, we currently have 2 other LMFT's and 1 MFTI working to serve our community.
