    Exciting Opportunity for Licensed Clinicians, Psychological Assistants and Associate Therapists (AMFT, ACSW, APCC, PsyD) interested in working in private practice.

    Hope Therapy is a small private practice with locations in Chico and Pasadena, CA. Currently, we have two part-time positions (20-25 hours/week) that are open at our Chico location. At this time, we are only hiring people that can see patients in-person.We are looking for therapists that are passionate about developing their skills working with individuals and couples struggling with complex trauma, addiction and issues related to sexuality. Along with individual and group supervision, training in EMDR, Internal Family Systems, Sex Therapy and Sexual Addiction treatment is provided. We work as a team, and our primary focus is providing excellent patient care. Prior clinical experience is a plus, but not required as we want to nurture your professional development. This position offers competitive compensation, flexible scheduling, advanced training, supervision, and experience learning the ins and outs of setting up a successful private practice.

    Qualifications:

    •     Masters Degree in counseling, psychology or related field. (Required)
    •     If pre-licensed, you must be registered or eligible to register with the BBS as an Associate Clinical Social Worker or Marriage and Family Therapist OR with the BOP as a Psychological Assistant.
    •     If licensed, your license must be active and in good standing.
    •     Enthusiasm and passion to grow as a person and clinician.
    •     Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate in a team setting.
    •     Ability to conduct assessments, and complete treatment plans and progress notes in a timely manner.
    •     Full Covid Vaccination required.

    Benefits:

    •     $25-$95/hour (based on experience).

    •     Paid supervision/consultation for both pre and post licensed clinicians. Whether you're licensed or not, we value your insight and perspective. It's essential that we regularly meet as a team.
    •     Advanced training in various modalities including EMDR, IFS, and Gottman.
    •     Paid onboarding- While you're building your caseload, we pay your base hourly rate for training.

    Job Responsibilities:

    •     Provide face-to-face psychotherapy (minimum caseload of 15 client hours/week).
    •     Attend a minimum of 1.5 hours of PAID supervision.
    •     Participate in advanced training (e.g., EMDR) that will be paid for by Hope Therapy.
    •     Utilize mental health software to complete documentation in a timely manner.
